The Tree Analogy
In Lalye, strategy is organic. The Objective is the root that gives direction. Key Results (KR) are the branches carrying KPIs, and Actions are the leaves that bring the whole thing to life.
The sum of results equals the objective. In Lalye, your Objective's progress is automatically calculated by the combined performance of your Key Results and indicators (KPI). Nothing is left to manual estimation.
