Strategic OKR
The architecture of your success. At Lalye, an OKR is not a line in a spreadsheet, it's the root of an interconnected performance tree.
Where do we want to go?
How do we measure success?
What to do concretely?
The Tree Analogy
In Lalye, strategy is organic. The Objective is the root that gives direction. The Key Results (KR) are the branches that carry the KPIs, and the Actions are the leaves that bring the whole to life.
The sum of results equals the objective. At Lalye, your Objective's progress is automatically calculated by the combined performance of your Key Results and indicators (KPIs). Nothing is left to manual estimation.
Multi-Level SWOT
Because strategy evolves, you can attach a specific SWOT to each OKR and each KPI.
The Performance Flow
The global SWOT defines the Objective.
The Objective breaks down into quantified Key Results (KPIs).
Each KR generates actions in the Engine Room.
Eko monitors the 'health of the tree'. If a branch (KR) is struggling or if an action doesn't mathematically contribute to the objective, he suggests real-time adjustments.
